Single Point Load Cell for heavy duty platforms
Typical single point load cell designed for the high accuracy of 0.025 % of full scale and the use in platform scales. The model F4225 series can be used for weighing as well as to measure static compression and tension forces. It is available for a range of nominal loads between 750 and 2000 kg.

Application

Constructed for the use in platform scales single point load cell suit to eccentric force application. They can be mounted under the plattform without any further construction or calibration processes. Besides this the model F4225 series can be utilized in a wide range of applications. The reasonable priced single point load cells combine a high accuracy with a simple installation. The mounting is done by using the fastening threads on the face side with the cable outlet. The force is applied on the opposite side vertically to the axis of load cell, either through the threads on the face side or by the mounted platform. The model F4225 series are made of aluminium. High grade plastic covers the strain gauges. It is optional also available with IP67 and suits for the use in harsh environments.
