Small mechanical pressure switch with a diaphragm sensing element and one switching output, NO or NC contact, for converting pneumatic and hydraulic pressures into an electrical switching signal.

Application
The adjustment range for increasing pressure begins at 0.2 bar. The setpoint can be chosen even lower in the case of decreasing pressure. An adjusting screw allows setpoints to be easily adjusted, even in situ.
The switch is suitable for media such as compressed air, non - aggressive liquids or self - lubricating fluids. It is available as standard with 1/4" thread and galvanized steel process connection. Other connections and materials are possible upon request. The switch can be installed in any desired mounting position.
The S4140 can be used in pneumatic applications, to control and monitor pressure media in machine and plant engineering. Gold - plated contacts are also optionally available for low switching currents.
